She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Perry and Blanche Ray Perry; her brother Roy Edward Perry; and her nephews, Randy Perry and Albert Dewayne Perry.
She is survived by: her siblings, Linda J. Holt (Alfred) of Mayfield, KY, Houston Perry (Peggy) of Mayfield, KY, Loyd Randal Perry of Mayfield, KY and Lonnie G. Perry (Mary) of Mayfield, KY; and her sister-in-law Kathleen Perry of Wingo, KY.
