He is survived by: his wife Janet Elaine Thomas Midyett of Mayfield; his sons, Shayne Midyett (Jalena) of Clinton, Jason Midyett (Toni) of Paducah and Justin Midyett of Mayfield; his siblings, Larry Midyett (Barbara) of Greenfield and Judy Wade (William) of Cuba; and his grandchildren, Jackson Midyett, Annissa Midyett, Justice Midyett and Talluah Midyett.
