He is survived by: his wife Joan Bell Clark; his son Rickie Eugene Clark of Mayfield, KY; his granddaughter April Clark of Mayfield, KY; and his stepchildren, Greg Bell (Mechelle) of Mayfield, KY, Alecia Ladd (Ricky) of Mayfield, KY and Margaret Holder (Terry) of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren; and four step-great grandchildren.
