Conley of Mayfield, KY; her children, Jody Martin (Dennis) of Sioux City, IA, Penny Parks of Mayfield, KY, Belinda Counts (Richard) of Highland, IL, Crystal Gourley (Jordan) of Mayfield, KY and Robert Conley of Ozark, MO; her grandchildren, Summer, Christine, Paige, Colleen, Elijah, Robert, Jr., Edmond (Brandy), Jessica and Amanda; and her great grandchildren, Cameron, Cole, Jace, JaeLynn, Savannah, Matthew J., Hayden, Caleb, Keagan, Camden, Marlowe, Levi, Addie, John, Matthew, Alicia and Nathan.
