She is survived by: her sons, Steven Fuqua (Cindy) of Friendswood, TX, Bryan Fuqua (Michelle) of Bixby, OK and Craig Fuqua (Angie) of Mayfield, KY; her brother Mike Monroe of Owensboro, KY; and her grandchildren, Cassandra Fuqua, Jocelyn Fuqua, Jaclyn Fuqua, Audrey Fuqua, Emma Fuqua, Ian Fuqua and Chase Fuqua.
