She was predeceased by: her mother Odessa Grundy Coneal; her daughter Brittany Johnson; her siblings, Willie Coneal, Bobby Coneal, Martin Coneal, Reggie Grundy, Harvey Grundy, Ronald Grundy, Margie Williams, Mildred Alexander and Maria Ward; and her grandparents, Odie Grundy and L. Truman Grundy.

She is survived by: her husband Daryel Meadows of Mayfield, KY; her siblings, Wallace Coneal (Angie) of Detroit, MI, Barbara Weatherspoon of Louisville, Carolyn Cruse of Mayfield, Patricia Alexander of Detroit, MI and Rosolyn Grundy of Detroit, MI; her stepchildren, William Chamberlain (Lashika), Joshua Chamberlain (Tammy), Carolyn Moore (Anthony) of Paducah and Shirley Hollands of Paducah; and her sisters-in-law, Charlene Daugherty (David) of Metropolis and Nietha Tyson (Mitchell) of Metropolis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

All in attendance are required to wear a mask.
