He was predeceased by: his sons, Kyle Milliken and Ty "Koot" Sherrill; his grandsons, Darian Williams, Kyle "KJae" Milliken, Jr. and Kycohn Bennett Milliken; his siblings, Wayne Milliken, Junior Milliken and Clara Currin; and his parents, Elton Milliken and Lanetta McGee Milliken.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Walker Milliken; his children, Brian Milliken (Laura) of Mayfield, KY, Tim Blalock (Melanie) of Mayfield, KY, Djana Milliken of Nashville, TN and Lisa Willie of Mayfield, KY; and his sisters, Ann Milliken Kendall of Chicago, IL and Donna Fay Milliken Taylor of Plainsville, IL. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
