He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Sloan Daniels. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Daniels; his daughter Jessica Lindsey (Jack) of Mayfield, KY; his father Harold Daniels (Debra); his stepmother Fancy Farm; his brothers, Ronnie Daniels (Lydia) of Statesboro, GA and Steve Daniels (Judi) of Mayfield, KY; and his grandsons, Zach Lindsey and Dylan Lindsey. He is also survived by one niece; one nephew; and several cousins.
