She is survived by: her children, LouEva Moore of Dublin, KY and Randall Ray Stapleton of Mayfield, KY; her siblings, Patricia Copeland (Hollie) of Paducah, KY, Debra Evans (Lance) of Metropolis, IL and Michael Helen Bell (Joe) of Barre, VT; her grandchildren, Kory Moore, Olivia Franklin, Isabella Moore and Blake Wilmoth; her nieces and nephews, Justin Copeland, Cody Copeland, Shelby Copeland, Chance Copleland, Michelle Beasley, Kristi Hughes and Jamie Tatro; and also PaisleyMae Nora Moore.
