He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ella, Emerson, Eli, Ty, Adley, Andi-Jane, Jude David, Jase and Jax; his wife Debbie Elliott Seay; his mother Patsy Dean Rhodes Seay; his stepdaughters, Charity Ramsey (Chris) of Georgetown, KY, Candice Cochrum (Andrew) of Golo, KY and Christa Towery (Ryan) of Lynnville, KY; and his siblings, Dale Seay of Lynnville, KY and Rhonda Seay of Lynnville, KY.
