He was predeceased by: his son Michael David Cullen; his parents, James Cullen and Ruby Curry Cullen Negley; his stepfather Ehlman Negley; and his siblings, John Cullen, James Paul Cullen and Sharon Pitzer.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Timmons Cullen of Mayfield; and his children, Ronnie Cullen (Kelley) of Providence, Johnny Cullen (Shelly) of Marion, Jerry Cullen of Mayfield, Steven Dupree (Jim Pat Wallace) of Paducah and Cammie Beasley (Chad) of Mayfield. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
