He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Owen and Lura Merritt Owen; and his sister Maretta Wyatt. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Owen of Mayfield, KY; his children, Michelle Lynn Copeland (David) of Mayfield, KY and Bradley Owen (Lori) of Wingo, KY; and his grandsons, Carter Owen, Patrick Owen and John David Copeland.
