He is survived by: his sons, Jason Crittendon (Stephanie) of Mountain Grove, MO, Justin Crittendon (Tabitha) of Mayfield, KY, Jonathan Crittendon (Samantha) of Mayfield, KY and Jordan Crittendon of Paducah, KY; his stepmother Larue Crittendon of Mayfield, KY; his brother John Kevin Crittendon of Paducah, KY; and his stepsisters, Lisa West (Mike) of Mayfield, KY and Robin Bynum of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
