He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Earl "Dick" and Clara Mae Nance Morefield; and his brothers, Donald Gene Morefield and Bryan Morefield. He is survived by: his siblings, Rayford Thomas Morefield of Mayfield, Jackie Morefield (Jennifer) of Mayfield, Sondra Collins of Mayfield and Sherie Walters of Mayfield; and his half-siblings, Danny Morefield and Beverly Henley.
