He was predeceased by: his sister Sheila Wills of Oak Grove, KY; and his parents, Kenneth Smiley and Virginia Smiley. He is survived by: his girlfriend Felicia Harris of Farmington; his children, Nadina Bivins of Farmington, KY and Isaiah Bivins of Murray, KY; his stepson Jared Harris of Farmington; and his grandchildren, Rosalynn, Avery and Adalynn.
