She was predeceased by: her husband Hamilton Ballew; and her parents, Berkley Boswell and Ila Mae Boswell (Riddle). She is survived by: her children, Freeda Jaster (Alan) of Mayfield, KY and Barry Ballew (Connie) of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.
