Lewis of Mayfield, KY; her children, Ralph Hastie of Jacksonville, Jeff Hastie (Stacey) of Chatham and Angela Clark (David) of Glen Carbon; her stepchildren, Bobbie Sibley of Bloomington and Rick Lewis; and her sisters, Sandra Kemp and Cheryl Thomas.
