She is survived by: her sons, David Collins (Mary) of Mayfield, KY and Blake Collins (Judy) of Lexington, KY; and her grandchildren, Emily Brown, Susan Copass, Randee Simmons, Robin Brewer and Christa Brewer. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
