She was predeceased by: her husband E. A. Terrell, Jr.; and her parents, Herman Cosby Mack and Katie Cleaver Mack Browning. She is survived by: her children, Phoebe Terrell Mayfield of Mayfield, Camilla Ballard (Kevin) of Mayfield, Tim Terrell of Mayfield and Tad Terrell (Nikki) of Mayfield; and her sister Norma Calacterra. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and six great great children.
