He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Joe West and Sandra Gail Miller; and his brother Ricky Joe West. He is survived by: his daughter Chelsey N. West of Charleston, SC; his sisters, Regenia Leehy (Larry) of Clarkston, MI and Nicole Cain (Brian) of Murray, KY; his grandchild Amorei Ca'Lyce Mcgee; and his close friend Wendee Morris of Mayfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
