She is survived by: her husband Duane Peregrine of Mayfield; her children, Catherine Motes (Justin) of Mayfield, KY and Adam Peregrine (Tessa Sutherland) of Fulton, KY; her mother Catherine Hardy of Fulton, KY; and her brother James Hardy of Fulton. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
