She was predeceased by: her grandsons, Nicholas Cash and James Wilkerson; her brother Robert Lee; and her parents, O. L. Lee and Eunice Mae Parker Lee.

She is survived by: her husband William E. "Bill" Cash of Mayfield; her children, Mark A. Breedlove (Cindy) of Eddyville, Chris Breedlove of Mayfield, LaDonna Breedlove Gill (Darrell) and Chad Cash (Teresa); her sisters, Jennie Simpson of Groveland and Robbie Jones of Mayfield; and her grandchildren, Justin Breedlove (Amanda), Jacob Wilkerson (Allison), Jessica White (Josh), Sarah Tapscott (Michael), Mason Breedlove, Alyssa Breedlove and Matthew Cash. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
