She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Wesley Perkins; her siblings, Vivian Thompson, Francis Amburgey, Laverne Jenkins, Myra Jean Prince and James Lee; and her parents, Andrew Clifton and Rhoda Catherine Kibbler Lee.
She is survived by: her nephew Randall Hutchens (Judy) of Murray; and her nieces, Susan Hutchens of Murray, Mary Wheeler (Mark) of Sedalia, Betty Madding (David) and Bonnie Hounshell (James) of Murray.
