He is survived by: his wife Julia Dowdy Snow of Mayfield; his sons, Steven Guthrie (Kristen) of Depauw, Corey Guthrie of Louisville and Kyle Guthrie (Bridgette) of Pilot Oak; and his sister Laura McDonald of Mayfield. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
