He is survived by: his wife Lois Parish Cantrell; his children, Mike Cantrell (Teresa) and Deborah Schaffer (Brian) of Estes Park, CO.; his grandchildren, Tyler Cantrell (Ashley) of Elizabethtown, KY., Bryson Schaffer, Eric Schaffer (Emily), David Schaffer and Michelle Noel (Philip) of Columbia, TN.; and also Mayfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
