He is survived by: his wife Beulah Hawkins (McKinney); his children, Timothy Hawkins of Murray, KY and Carolyn Ann Deal of Franklin, TN; and his siblings, Donald Wayne Hawkins of Wingo, KY, Peggy Alexander of Pryorsburg, KY and Patsy Jackson of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by three grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
