She is survived by: her children, Stephen Carlisle (Susie) of Mayfield, KY, Taylor Carlisle (Julie-Anna) of Hopkinsville, KY, Jeff Carlisle (Mary Beth) of Bowling Green, KY, Catherine Dunn (Ronnie) of Mayfield, KY and Jean Sanford (Michael) of Knoxville, TN; her brother Henry Bennett (Ruby) of Mayfield, KY; and her child P. O. Box. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
