She was predeceased by: her son David Garland; her sisters, Pat Pease and Judy Dozier; and her parents, Howard Pease and Frances Ophella Pease Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Billy W. Garland (Desiree) of Princeton, KY, Rhonda Garland Hobbs of Mayfield, KY and Debra Garland Wallis (Tim) of Lynnville, KY; and her siblings, Billie Jean Allock of Cunningham, KY and Howard Head of Florida. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
