She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hayden and Mary Ballard Hayden; her spouses, James Lamb and Sammy Heath; her daughter Liley R. Creason; her granddaughter Ashley Creason; and her siblings, Joseph Earl, Jerry, Jimmy, Steven Hayden, Rudy Hayden, Margaret Burch and Helen McKinney.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Workman, Christy Ivie (James) and Terry Creason (Robbie); and her siblings, Ann Ellegood, Barbara Hobbs, Elexie McNutt, Cynthia Ricketts, David Hayden and Raymond Hayden. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
