She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hayden and Mary Ballard Hayden; her spouses, James Lamb and Sammy Heath; her daughter Liley R. Creason; her granddaughter Ashley Creason; and her siblings, Joseph Earl, Jerry, Jimmy, Steven Hayden, Rudy Hayden, Margaret Burch and Helen McKinney.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Workman, Christy Ivie (James) and Terry Creason (Robbie); and her siblings, Ann Ellegood, Barbara Hobbs, Elexie McNutt, Cynthia Ricketts, David Hayden and Raymond Hayden. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home - Mayfield (1223 W Broadway, Mayfield, KY 42066). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (702 W Broadway, Mayfield, KY 42066).
