She was predeceased by: her husband William Baugh Sr.; her parents, Amos Jackson West and Ruby Reese Strevel; and her son James Richard Baugh. She is survived by: her children, William C. Baugh Jr. of Mayfield, KY, Mary Ballard of Paducah, KY and Rebecca Conner (Jonathan) of Mayfield, KY; her brother Jack West (Linda) of Holton, KS; and her grandchildren, Justin Conner, Logan Gibson (Stewart), Chris Conner, Kim Conner, Clinton Conner, Sabrina Miller (Chris) and Steven Conner. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
