She was predeceased by: her husband Russell Lee Fulcher; her sons, Don Fulcher, Terry Fulcher, Gary Fulcher and Larry Fulcher; and her parents, William Curtis and Yettie Wallace.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanie Humphrey (Harold) of Mayfield, KY, Ronda Sullivan (Gerald Wiggins) of Lynnville, KY, Jennifer Coltharp (Brent) of Mayfield, KY and Joan Waggoner (David) of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
