Belote (Mable), Bernard N. Belote, Jr. (Genevieve), Joe Belote (Virginia), Jack Belote (Beth) and Frank Belote (June).
She is survived by: her husband George Dean Cook; her children, George D. Cook, Jr. (Mary Milan) of Inverness, FL, Timothy Cook (Pam) of Mayfield, KY, Nancy C. Stahr (Bill) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Caroline C. Jones (Liz) of Bridgman, MI.; and her grandchildren, Mary Catherine Cook, Matthew Cook, Andrew Cook, Kim Cook Adams Hogancamp, Kerri Beth Cook Sutla, David Stahr, Stephen Stahr, Eric Jones, Nickolas Jones, Elizabeth Walker and Ruth Jennifer Beckman.
