She is survived by: her children, Jackie Lee Hamlet (Marie) of Cottontown, TN, David Wayne Hamlet (Diana) of Charlottesville, VA, Denise Hamlet of Mayfield, KY and Judy Hamlet of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
