He was predeceased by: his brother Walter Bell; and his parents, Harold Bell and Linda Arnett Bell. He is survived by: his wife Susan Holcomb Bell; his children, Michael Bell of Mayfield, KY and Karen Adams (Trevor) of Burnes, TN; and his sister Doris Lash. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
