He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kelley Garrott; his children, Joseph Garrott (Ruth) of Madisonville, KY, William Garrott (Kayla) of Murray, KY, Ray Kelley (Amy) of Hopkinsville, KY, Debra Geiger (Will) of Hopkinsville, KY and Sarah Gamble (Matt); and his brother Lee Garrott (Susan) of Ten Mile, TN. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
