He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Carroll and Jessie Pauline Harper; and his wife Carolyn Kay Harper. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Qualls (Dustin) of Mayfield, KY; his brother Paul Harper of Sheffield, AL; and his grandchildren, Aaron Qualls and Lyndi Wood (Jaron). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Reid-Walters Funeral Home (202 E Farren Ave, Earlington, KY 42410). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
