It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah J. Skaggs in Masonic Home, Kentucky, born in Leitchfield, Kentucky, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Warner A. Skaggs; her parents, William E. Ruth (Will) and Sarah Frances McClure Ruth; her siblings, Mollie A. Bruggensmith and Robert W. Ruth; and her grandchildren, Dennis Lee and Kerry Williams.
She is survived by: her brother William E. Ruth; and her stepchildren, Patricia Saylor and Gerald Skaggs (Carrie). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
