He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Embry, Sr. and Ruby Embry; his grandson Phillip Embry; and his siblings, Kendall, Wendell Embry and Sylvia Litsey.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Andrake (Edward), Ruby Jo Wilson, Sheila Lynn Corbett (Robert, Jr.) and Jeffrey O'Neal Embry (Misty); and his siblings, Lillie Rose Sermon, Richard and Gregory Embry. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, & six great-great grandchildren.
