He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Green and Cora Ann Miller Osborne; his wife Anna Bernice Sword Osborne; his son Thomas Alan Keith Osborne; and his sisters, Vera Jacqulene Ratliff, Anna Justine Barnett, Billie Pauline Akers and Mary Margaret Osborne.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Ray DeRossett (Judy) of Spencer, Ohio, Sandra Nelson (late Roger) of Dwale, Christa Lynn White of Florida and Lois Ann Messer of Ohio; and his sister Agatha "Gat" Hall of Ohio.
