We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2025, at the age of 71, Thomas Howard Bartrum of Martin, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Zida and Geraldine Hess Bartrum; and his siblings, Gordon, Jerald Bartrum and Shirley White.
He is survived by: his sons, Logan Tyler Bartrum (Andrea Watts) of Kite, KY, Nicholas Cody Bartrum of Kite, KY, Nathan Emory Bartrum of Prestonsburg, KY and Dustin Kyle Bartrum of Martin, KY; his siblings, James Bartrum of Huber Heights, OH, Walter Bartrum of Martin, KY, John Bartrum of Eastern, KY, Bat Bartrum of Warrenton, MO, Minnie Neace of Dayton, OH and Sharon Melching of Martin, KY; and his grandchildren, Addison Spencer, Aubriella Bartrum, Lanston Zida Bartrum, Nicholas Blake Bartrum, Sunni Ellis Bartrum, Kason Tyler Bartrum, Emory Ryan Bartrum and Paisley Lynn Blankenship. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (331 KY-122, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at the Willard Kinzer Veterans Cemetery (100 Oklahoma Hollow Road, Allen City, KY 41601).
