He is survived by: his wife Debra Scutchfield Stephens; his daughter Staci Ray (Matt) of Louisville, KY; his sister Nancy Meade of Dwale, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Bobby Akers II, April Stephens, Shawn Stephens, Ronald Brent Akers, Tracie Layne and Amy Williamson.
