She is survived by: her children, William Kelly Burchett of Martin, KY and Kimberly Renea Burchett Spears of Prestonsburg, KY; her sisters, Thibble O'Neil of Orient, OH and Daisy Helen Burchett; her grandchildren, Jonathon Oscar Spears (Samantha) and Amber Nicole Spears (Austin Kelly Howell); and her great grandchildren, Bryson Carter Howell, Karson Conner Howell and Tristan Yates.
