She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy Brown; her parents, Elzie Collins and Sally Marshall Collins; her daughter Barbara Sue Brown; her siblings, Clarence Collins, Lewis Collins, Joann Osborne, Jane Dudley and Isabelle Mullins; and her daughter-in-law Linda Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Carl David Brown of Langley, KY, Tommy Brown II (Wanda) of Langley, KY, Billy Joe Brown (Nancy), Paul Brown (Peggy), Garrett, Jimmy Brown (Sandra) and Virginia Carpenter (Jim) of Stanton, KY; and her half-brother Ratliff of West Liberty, KY. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
