He was predeceased by: his parents, Rowe Ousley and Grace Robinson Ousley; and his siblings, Grover Ousley, George P. Ousley, Willie Edward Ousley, LeRoy "Dukes" Ousley and Emma Jean McCoy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Darrell Ousley of Martin, KY, Michael Dean Ousley, Joyce Ousley of Martin, KY and Madonna Kay Duncan (Roy Lester). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
