We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2020, at the age of 94, Ocie Manuel (Martin, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Wanda Lee "Duck" Symon (David); and her siblings, Homer, Virgil, Vernis Isaac, Lassia Crisp and Opal Lafferty.

She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Ann Ousley (Don) of Martin, KY; and her daughter-in-law Virginia Manuel. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren.
