She is survived by: her spouse Green Samons Jr.; her daughter Amanda Delong (Tim) of Martin, KY; her brothers, Larry Mullins (Jean) of Martin, KY., Billy Mullins (Sharon) of Martin, KY. and Mickal Dale Mullins (Laura) of Nappance, IN; her close friend Jayne Howard; and her grandchildren, Randi and Mayson.
