She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin Mullins and Maxie June Cole Mullins; her stepchildren, George Jarrell and Brenda Hunter; and her siblings, David Mullins, Carl Mullins, Claude Mullins, Cline Mullins, Cecil Paul Mullins, Pauline Jones, Helen Jean Bolger, Palestine Bolger and Glo Mullins.
She is survived by: her sons, William Sprinkle of Ohio, Matthew Sprinkle of Florida, Dewey Wayne Sprinkle of Arizona, Edward Jeffery of Ohio and Marvin Sprinkle of Alabama; her stepchildren, Lon C. Jarrell of Johnson County and Ann L. Burchett of Indiana; and her sister Brenda Reynolds of Martin. She is also survived by Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
All visitation and funeral services will be private and for Immediate Family only in Compliance with the Governor's request for COVID-19 restrictions.
