He is survived by: his daughter Hailey Jordan Shepherd (Samuel Wayne) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his siblings, Gary Scarberry (Barbara) of Martin, Ricky Scarberry of Maytown, Lowell Dean Scarberry of Indiana, Imogene Scarberry (late Kenneth) of Martin, Emogene Kidwell (Evertt) of West Virginia, Glinda Gene, Marsha Lee Boyd (Michael) of Indiana and Dellie Mae Scarberry; and his grandchildren, Gunner Wayne Shepherd, Paislee Jordan Shepherd and Saylor Grace Shepherd.
