Powell of Martin, Kentucky; her granddaughters, Mindy Powell and Jessica Powell; her great grandchildren, Madison Madden, Aaliyha Collins, Avery Collins, Elden Collins and Mason Collins; and her grandchildren, David Meade, Logan Meade, Katheryn Meade, Stephanie Pennington, Greyson Pennington and Easton Pennington.
