She is survived by: her children, Larry Mullins (Jean) of Martin, KY, Billy Mullins (Sharon) of Martin, KY, Mickal Dale Mullins (Laura) of Nappanee, IN and Naomi Samons (Green Jr.) of Martin, KY. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
